Conflict Managers Program is a new program at Thomas Jefferson. We utilized a specific curriculum in providing thirty 5th and 6th graders with five Conflict Management training sessions.

Their duties are to offer conflict management services to students who are having disputes on the playground or in the classroom during indoor recess. They help the students to solve their own problems.

Our hope is to decrease the number of students who need to be dealt with by going to the office to see the principal and increase the number of students who can solve their own problems.
