This is a unique program for the 5th and 6th grade students.

Safety patrol is a club that takes on some added responsibility for the well-being of the Thomas Jefferson student body.

Crossing guards, kindergarten helpers, hall monitors, and school bus arrival/dismissal personnel are some of the areas students are responsible for.

These people monitor and help their peers in situations normally reserved for teachers. They are a very important group to the school and help make Thomas Jefferson the outstanding school it has become.
