Executive officers are nominated by a nominating committee in February. Executive officers can serve no more than two years in one position.

CO-PRESIDENTS Laura Groebe and
Sharon Gregory

...preside over all meetings of the organization; the executive board, and the executive committee.

... know and follows the by-laws

... coordinate the work of the officers and committees in order that the OBJECTS be promoted.

... represents the unit at monthly presidents' meetings, council, district, region, or state meetings and reports back to the organization.

... acts as an ex-officio member on all commmittees except the nominating and auditing committee.

1st VICE PRESIDENTS-Programs Karen Mlynarczyk and Linda Divizio

...assists the president and presides at meetings in the absence of the president or upon the inability of the president to serve.

...provides two evening family programs and one academic subject- specific family night.

...updates the PTA Caring For Children booklet.

2nd Vice President-Legislation
Teresa McMillin

...assists president with parliamentary procedure at board meetings.

...keeps school and community informed of and participates in legislative and advocacy for children issues.

3rd Vice President-Ways and Means
Denise Stegich Bobbie Summers

...responsible for fundraising.

...plans the fun fair.

Treasurer
Lynda Faulkner

...custodian of all PTA monies.

...keeps an accurate and detailed account of all monies received and paid out.

...serves on the budget and finance committee.

...submits a treasurer’s report at every executive board meeting.

...forwards the State and National portions of membership dues.

Secretary
Nicolle Mallon

...takes attendance and records all business transacted at each meeting of the executive board and presents the minutes for adoption at the next meeting.

...conducts correspondence and sends out notices of the executive board and other meetings.

...maintains an accurate record of the PTA membership.

...acts as custodian of all records, except those specifically assigned to others, and promptly delivers all records to their successor.

...assists the president as directed.
